get out of: to exit (a car, the ocean); to leave

get back (from): to return from a place
- My aunt will get back from her vacation tonight.
get up: to rise/stand; to wake up
- You look tired! What time did you get up this morning?
get along (with): to have a good relationship with someone
- I don’t get along with Dave. He always picks on me.
