Advanced Dialogue: Mr. Fix-it

Mr. Fix-it

What are you doing with that wrench?

My bicycle has a flat tire. I need this wrench to remove the tire.

Can you repair your bicycle all by yourself?

Sure. My father taught me how to use common tools when I was little. I have been fixing things ever since. That’s why my dad calls me “Mr. Fix-it.”

Could you help me fix my TV? It stopped working all of a sudden last night.

Well, I can try, but you’ll probably have to call a professional. I’ve never fixed a TV before.

Thanks, Mr. Fix-it!
